Yes, you can provide us with your gas reading by logging into your My Account and submitting a photo and details of your meter read under ‘Submit meter read’ section.

The changes reflect an increase in the cost of delivering gas to your property. We’re committed to keeping these changes as minimal as possible while continuing to look after our customers.
Your new rates will be changing from 1 October 2026.
If you have both your electricity and gas with us, you’ll continue to receive your All Energy Discount of 30 cents per day.
